The rShield® Gusseted bag is a one piece foil bubble box liner that fits within a cardboard box. It is ideal for shipping temperature sensitive items ranging from pharmaceuticals to fish. If you are using EPS foam products the rShield® Gusseted bag can save you up to 80% on warehouse space and up to 70% on inbound and outbound freight costs. The rShield® Gusseted bag is lightweight, durable and quick and easy to set up.
The foil bubble box liners by rShield® employ modern heat reflecting technology that blocks up to 97% of all radiant heat transfer. The poly bubbles also avert conduction and convection temperature transfer keeping the temperature in the desired range for several days. The air filled bubbles also act as an added layer of protection for the contents within the box.
